Virtual Project Mate is a multi-functional application that comes in a single package for desktop windows OS and individual apps for mobile version. The series of functions in this app is an endeavour towards delivery of solution based software that combined the power of ICT and engineering techniques for efficient management of construction project in oil and gas industry. This will enable the achievement of target objectives in a safe, swift and resourceful manner.

With The chairman Board of directors for HECIAL TECHNOLOGY CONCEPTS being one of the active engineers for execution of the TOTAL/UPG/FLB Project, The Virtual Project Mate, an ongoing software development project is a case study of the FLB project deliverred at Obagi in Rivers State.
